Web Developer & Designer

CINFRACS Inc. has an opening for a Web Developer and Designer at our main office in Hoffman Estates, IL and resource might need to travel to client location as requested by client within U.S.A.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for client support requests. 
• Communicate with clients on a daily basis by email and phone. 
• Resolve requests and issues on WordPress websites. 
• Collaborate with the development team on a range of tasks and projects. 
• Occasional weekend/holiday work may be required. 
• Maintenance and ownership of design projects across print and web. 
• Design page layouts and templates. 
• Produce design assets for use in social media and marketing channels. 
• Coordinate and implement social media and email marketing campaigns. 
• Develop and maintain consistent branding. 
• Collaborate with other departments including Production, IT, R&D and Sales. 
• Work with IT to deploy web designs. 
• Select, prepare and design new imagery. 
• Contribute new ideas to improve overall messaging with brand and company awareness in industry. 
• Maintain database of design assets. 
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines. 
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Experience & Knowledge:

• HTML/CSS/PHP 
• Experience with WordPress 
• Experience with using a text editor and FTP software. 
• Effective communication abilities 
• Working knowledge with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). 
• Working knowledge configuring and maintaining websites through CMS. 
• Working knowledge with HTML, Javascript, and CSS. 
• Experience with video editing and basic animation. 
• Awareness of UI/UX principles. 

Education:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or Management Information Systems or related field

Work Location & Physical Requirements:  

• This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities.  
• The physical demands of the position described herein are essential functions of the job and employees must be able to successfully perform these tasks for extended periods.
