Customer Service/Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, providing exceptional support, and driving sales through effective communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be bilingual or multilingual, and have experience in call center environments or customer support roles. Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy
• Assist clients in selecting products or services that meet their needs
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up with prospects and existing customers
• Enter data into CRM systems with high accuracy and efficiency
• Provide support for customer issues, complaints, and product information requests
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions using Microsoft Office tools and other software
• Promote products or services to increase sales opportunities
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
• Adhere to company policies regarding call etiquette, confidentiality, and data security

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with data entry and typing accuracy required
• Knowledge of outbound calling techniques and call center operations is desirable
• Strong analysis skills for understanding customer needs and providing suitable solutions
• Demonstrated phone etiquette and professionalism during interactions with clients
• Education in high school or higher in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
